Festive Stays

Deposits: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% balance is due by 10th October. Bookings made after 10th October require full payment.
Cancellations & Refunds: The 20% deposit is non-refundable after 30th September 2026. Cancellations after 10th October. are non-refundable in full. If we are able to re-sell the room a refund will be made

Christmas Day Bookings

A £50 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due by 30th November.
Cancellations after 30th November will be charged in full.
Any changes to guest numbers and your food pre-order must be confirmed at least 14 days before Christmas Day.
Tables are allocated according to party size. Seating requests can be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
